Carlos Rodriguez owner and founder of DJ RaceR  Entertanment grew up in Spanish Harlem New York. Through his passion of music, in 1984 he started to DJ house parties which started him with his passion and love for DJing and how DJ RaceR began. At the time DJ RaceR was in to Hip Hop, House, and Latin Freestyle. As he grew as a DJ his taste evolved adding and expanded his interest to various genres such as Disco, Funk, Electronic, 90's R&B, Cumbia, and Merengue.

In 1988 DJ Racer moved from his home in Spanish Harlem to sunny Southern California, which he has now called home for 25 years. At that point he had chosen not to DJ until 2015 when he decided to start again just for fun. Soon after it led him to start DJing on Facebook which took off as he gained followers and listeners.  With this and while reaching back to his roots and integrating his modern-day eclectic taste, in 2016 he founded DJ Racer Entertainment to bring the best DJ experience possible.
